Your business data is yours. This policy explains what AgentOS collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We never sell your data.
AgentOS collects information including: (a) Account information (name, email, organization); (b) Transaction data (dates, parties, property details); (c) Activity logs (login times, actions performed); (d) Communication records (messages, task assignments); (e) Fair housing-related activity (agent assignments, listing reviews, task completions); and (f) Usage analytics (features accessed, time spent in Platform).
AgentOS uses collected information to: (a) Provide and maintain the Platform; (b) Support fair housing compliance documentation and record-keeping; (c) Generate reports and analytics; (d) Improve the Platform; (e) Communicate with you about your account; (f) Respond to your inquiries; and (g) Comply with legal obligations.
AgentOS retains your data for up to 30 days after account deletion to facilitate account recovery and data transition. After this period, data is permanently deleted. We maintain backup copies of deleted data for an additional 30 days to protect against data loss. Fair housing compliance records and activity logs are retained according to this general data retention policy.
AgentOS is designed to support fair housing compliance by maintaining records of platform activities. The Platform maintains activity logs that include: (a) Transaction records with timestamps; (b) Agent assignments and role information; (c) Seller report activity and completion dates; (d) Task completion logs; and (e) User profile and access changes.
These records can be used to demonstrate compliance efforts and support fair housing audits by providing documentation of decisions and actions. You acknowledge that fair housing compliance is your responsibility and requires adherence to all applicable fair housing laws and regulations.
AgentOS is developing enhanced audit features specifically designed for regulatory reporting and compliance verification. These enhanced features are not currently available but will be detailed in future policy updates. Data collected in support of fair housing compliance and audit activities is retained according to our general data retention policy outlined in Section 3.
AgentOS does not sell user data. We may share information with: (a) Service providers who assist in operating the Platform (Vercel, Supabase); (b) Law enforcement if required by law; (c) Other parties with your explicit consent. Service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
You have the right to: (a) Access your data; (b) Request correction of inaccurate data; (c) Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements); (d) Withdraw consent for data collection. To exercise these rights, contact us at the information provided in Section 12.
AgentOS implements industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security assessments. However, no security system is completely secure. AgentOS is not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence, compromised passwords, or third-party service breaches.
AgentOS uses cookies to maintain your session and improve your experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.
AgentOS is based in the United States. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using AgentOS, you consent to international data transfers.
AgentOS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
AgentOS displays publicly available social media posts, including Facebook posts, on client-facing seller reports using Meta's official oEmbed API. This feature retrieves only publicly available post content (such as images, text, and engagement counts) for display purposes. AgentOS does not collect, store, or retain any personal data from Meta or Facebook users, and does not request access to private account information. To request removal of any embedded content displayed through this feature, contact us at support@getagentos.io.
