Day 10 of 12 Days. 12 New Features is for the people responsible for the files: brokers, team leads, compliance reviewers, and the agents who answer to them.
If you run a brokerage, you know the real risk isn’t a slow market. It’s the file that’s missing a signature when the audit letter arrives.

Define it once, enforce it everywhere
Compliance in AgentOS starts with your rules. The brokerage defines what paperwork is required for each type of transaction: one checklist for a listing, another for a buyer side, another for a lease.
From then on, every new deal automatically gets its checklist. No one decides whether to be compliant on a given Tuesday. The requirements are simply there, on every file, from day one.
Review that leaves a trail
Agents upload documents against their checklist. Your reviewer then does one of three things: approve, reject with a note explaining what’s wrong, or waive when it genuinely doesn’t apply.
Every version is tracked. When a document gets rejected and re-uploaded, the history is right there. If a question ever comes up months later, you’re not reconstructing events from email. The trail already exists.
The queue does the tracking
A live queue shows exactly what’s outstanding across the whole brokerage: which deals, which documents, how long they’ve been sitting. The moment an agent submits a document, your reviewer gets an email. The moment it’s approved, the agent gets a notification. Nobody spends afternoons writing “did you get my disclosure?” emails.
Compliance stops depending on someone’s memory and becomes a system that runs.
One giant PDF? Handled.
Every reviewer knows the move: an agent scans the entire file as one 60-page PDF and uploads it to a single checklist item. The packet splitter takes that mega-PDF and splits it into the correct individual documents, mapped to the right checklist items.
It’s a small feature that saves reviewers from the single most annoying part of the job.
Where your transactions already live
If you’re paying for Skyslope or a similar standalone system, here’s the difference: your agents already work in AgentOS. The deal, the deadlines, the documents, and now the compliance review are one system. No syncing, no second login, no “I’ll upload it to the other thing later.”
Which means, for the first time, it actually gets done.
This is Day 10 of 12. Tomorrow, your CRM learns to listen.
